Welcome to Reiki Essentials & Wellness

Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC. studio and Firefly Gift shop. I am always asked how I started my Reiki journey. After a lifetime of caring for small animals, then friends in distress, and then family members at the end of their life journey, Reiki was the next step in my journey. My Mother-in-Law was diagnosed with various cancers when she told me about a Reiki volunteer giving her a foot massage. I immediately wanted to be the one to be able to do that for her. Unable to do that for my beloved Mother-in-Law, I decided to volunteer for Hospice. I wanted to give back to the Hospice community as they had so generously given to my family with my Maternal Gramma, and again for my Mother-in-Law. Recently, I had a logo designed for the gift shop area in honor of my Momma. I named the gift shop area, Firefly Giftshop in her honor.

Now, about you. Your journey has brought you here for a reason! We are committed to empowering you on your journey. If you have questions about Reiki, Acupressure, the spiritual, the metaphysical, or Love Languages, we can help you. You may come to the Studio looking for answers. Quite often people say they found us "by accident." There are no accidents on your journey. You were brought to Reiki Essentials as an answer to your heart.

Maybe you need answers about your intuition. Maybe you are looking for ways to trust and empower your intuition. We can help you with that Chakra. If you are seeking ways to relax and de-stress, we can assist you with that as well. Stress is responsible for anxieties, obesity, sleepless nights, headaches, muscle tension, heart disease, and more!

If you are interested in an education as a Reiki Practitioner, you've also come to the right place. I have developed a thorough program for my students. If you wish to learn more about this great healing modality and healing system, Reiki Essentials & Wellness might be the place for you. As one of my students and Practitioners, you are nurtured, and encouraged on your journey. My classes are relaxed yet detailed. We take our time, over an entire month, to learn the history, the details and feel the energy. After your certification, your education with Reiki Essentials & Wellness continues through my Practitioner Nurturing program. You will continue to grow spiritually and mentally, having many questions as we continue our journey. We meet regularly with other Reiki Essentials & Wellness Practitioners to learn and encourage one another. No matter what your intentions are for your Reiki journey, you will be supported and nurtured on your journey. If you wish to continue your journey as a Reiki Master, we have a beautiful program for that as well!

About Tyralei

Tyra is the Founder/Creator of Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC. She is the mother of two sons and fur-babies. She and her husband, Matt, have been together for over 30 years.

She is full of compassion for others, wanting to help them to help themselves. That desire to help others, along with caring for loved ones dealing with cancer, grew into developing her Reiki skills. Eventually, her loving personality and compassionate heart grew into her sacred space for healing and Reiki Essentials & Wellness was formed. Believing in empowering you to be the best that you can be, she encourages you on your journey.

She conducts private and group Reiki sessions, Theta Healing, Acupressure sequences, Access Bars, meditation classes, fun art sessions and other events. The Firefly Gifts shop area offers a selection of gemstones, incense, jewelry, books, art and more. Almost all of the items are created by local Waupun artists and authors.

Tyra is a certified Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner, also certified in Acupressure, Reflexology, and Access Bars. She can treat adults, children, animals and home-bound clients. She also has several acupressure certifications and is working towards completing her education for full licensure. She can give private individual treatments, group events at her Studio or will travel upon request.

 Each Reiki Practitioner is a unique individual and may put their own personal touch or flair to the treatments they administer. Some use soothing scents, sounds, aromatherapy or crystal therapy. Tyralei mixes all of those along with a gentle acupressure touch sequences and Theta Healing techniques. She believes that the Crown, Hand and Foot chakras are important to relaxation and healing. Therefore, when she administers Reiki to her clients, she also incorporates a gentle treatment on these chakra points as well.

Clients have found relief from pain, help with stress & anxiety, and have worked through the various stages of grief. Others have found a wonderful place that is safe to share their thoughts on the World, metaphysical beliefs, their spiritual journey, and more. Tyra's place is truly a unique spot that offers camaraderie, friendships, learning, and fun!
