We have expanded!
You can still find us at 2 S. Madison Street, Waupun, WI for events, classes, and meditation. However, we have expanded the gift shop into the space right NEXT DOOR! The gift shop can be entered from both the Madison Street door, or from our new front door located at 321 E. Main Street. We occupy the same corner on Main and S. Madison.
Be sure to visit us and check out our spacious gift shop area! We now have space to sit and read in our cozy fireplace area. Bring your own warm cup of something or try a sample cup of tea.
Also, we have included a seating area near the back in case you want to use your laptop or take notes from our extensive metaphysical & spiritual library! We have many books available for purchase or to simply borrow. Topics include books on the metaphysical, spiritual, Pagan, Shamanism, Wicca, witchy, folklore and legends.
Regular hours are still Monday through Friday NOON to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
10/11/22 - We have not come up on Halloween yet. Heck, I'm not even done decorating for Halloween! However, the City of Waupun has "A Christmas Welcome" the first weekend in November, so we have to start thinking of Christmas, Yule/Winter Solstice! It's all part of my favorite time of the year, so I'm happy to think on such things. We add items for Yule and the Winter Solstice, as well as Christmas, but it's the Yule logs that I love the best!
This year, a friend of mine showed me a few of her art pieces. She is a magnificent artist! One of her pieces is a statue of Krampus. I asked her if I could borrow her Krampus for the holiday window decor, and she said yes!
Grief is a funny thing. I find that I will just start crying without any kind of prompting or memory. I have dealt with the grief of losing family members, but this is the first time I've dealt with the grief of a dear Friend. It's a different kind of grief.
Grief is the emotional response to a loss.
Mourning is the outward expression of grief. It's how we SHOW we are grieving.
Psyche Central says: For example, if you hear a song that the person you lost would have loved, that may evoke a grief response and cause you to become emotional. If you play that song in their honor, this is a mourning response.
I will miss my Friend and all that he had to offer us here at the Studio and Wellness Center, but we will honor his memory and keep moving forward with him in our hearts.

Stress can cause memory problems, headaches, physical pain, and it can cause damage to your heart. Regular meditation is a good addition to your stress-reduction life style!
Join us on Wednesday evenings at 6pm, we continue our meditation practice. Sometimes we have a theme, a series, or just a simple quiet meditation nights.

Our Sacred Firefly Reiki program is extremely thorough! Whether you are taking the Family Reiki program or the business version, you will be thoroughly educated on the history of Reiki. You will also have a firm foundation on the symbols, their names, spellings, meanings, and uses.
Our Sacred Firefly Reiki program gives you many opportunities for questions! What Reiki is and is NOT. How Reiki flows, moves, helps, connects, and heals. Our program also gives more than adequate time for hands-on training!
Our Sacred Firefly Reiki program is more than JUST Reiki! We help you to become the version of yourself that you were created to be. This means that we will dive into your shadow work; we will journey into your spiritual growth through Theta healing, meditation, and supporting activities.
Finally, our Sacred Firefly Reiki program has a continuing education aspect to it. "Once a King or Queen in Narnia, ALWAYS a King or Queen in Narnia." ~Aslan, Chronicles of Narnia. Once a student, always a student! You are always welcome to participate in our unique Reiki Nurture program. Developed by Tyra as a way to connect and stay connected with her students, the Nurture program has been opened up to other Reiki Practitioners and fellow Reiki Master classmates of Tyra's. Our Nurture programs includes time to chat, connect, release, heal, relax, learn new things, work with our hands, participate in a Reiki share, make friends and colleague connections that will span the State of Wisconsin and last a lifetime, as well as time to eat with friends.
The Family program is $555.
Reiki 1&2 for business is $675. Should you choose to take the business portion after taking the family program, your $555 will go towards the business tuition.
Master Program is $875.
Are our prices competitive for the area? We have no idea, nor do we care what other Master Teachers are charging. We know what we bring to the table and how influential our classes can be! There simply isn't a good way to compare our programming to other programs because we offer such a vastly different program!
Payment arrangements may be arranged. $200 down will reserve your spot and is non-refundable. The remainder of the classes must be paid in full a week prior to class dates.
