Welcome to Reiki Essentials & Wellness

Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC. studio and Firefly Gift shop. I am always asked how I started my Reiki journey. After a lifetime of caring for small animals, then friends in distress, and then family members at the end of their life journey, Reiki was the next step in my journey. My Mother-in-Law was diagnosed with various cancers when she told me about a Reiki volunteer giving her a foot massage. I immediately wanted to be the one to be able to do that for her. Unable to do that for my beloved Mother-in-Law, I decided to volunteer for Hospice. I wanted to give back to the Hospice community as they had so generously given to my family with my Maternal Gramma, and again for my Mother-in-Law. Recently, I had a logo designed for the gift shop area in honor of my Momma. I named the gift shop area, Firefly Giftshop in her honor.

Now, about you. Your journey has brought you here for a reason! We are committed to empowering you on your journey. If you have questions about Reiki, Acupressure, the spiritual, the metaphysical, or Love Languages, we can help you. You may come to the Studio looking for answers. Quite often people say they found us "by accident." There are no accidents on your journey. You were brought to Reiki Essentials as an answer to your heart.

Maybe you need answers about your intuition. Maybe you are looking for ways to trust and empower your intuition. We can help you with that Chakra. If you are seeking ways to relax and de-stress, we can assist you with that as well. Stress is responsible for anxieties, obesity, sleepless nights, headaches, muscle tension, heart disease, and more!

If you are interested in an education as a Reiki Practitioner, you've also come to the right place. I have developed a thorough program for my students. If you wish to learn more about this great healing modality and healing system, Reiki Essentials & Wellness might be the place for you. As one of my students and Practitioners, you are nurtured, and encouraged on your journey. My classes are relaxed yet detailed. We take our time, over an entire month, to learn the history, the details and feel the energy. After your certification, your education with Reiki Essentials & Wellness continues through my Practitioner Nurturing program. You will continue to grow spiritually and mentally, having many questions as we continue our journey. We meet regularly with other Reiki Essentials & Wellness Practitioners to learn and encourage one another. No matter what your intentions are for your Reiki journey, you will be supported and nurtured on your journey. If you wish to continue your journey as a Reiki Master, we have a beautiful program for that as well!

Keeping our prices the same!

With costs rising all around us, we have decided to stand strong in our decision to not raise our prices for services and for most of our inventory.

We keep our costs low everywhere possible by recycling things like bubblewrap, bags of all kinds, tissue paper, craft supplies, packaging, and even boxes. We even shop local thrift stores to find packaging items we can recycle. If you have any of those items, keep us in mind! Clean items only, non-smoking environments, any season/themes welcome!

Tyra isn't taking on a raise in her pricing for services like Reiki, Spirit Side Connections, Reflexology, or Access Bars. Instead, she is willing to consider a swap for a portion of the cost. Just reach out to see how she can assist you. Homemade chicken potpie guide a long way!! 

Many of our tumbled stones are still $3 each or x-amount for $1 for many specimens. We now have our own tumbler and hope to keep costs low this way too. We were surprised to see which specimens had a price increase (or not) or total non-availability due to global issues. Unfortunately, specimens like moldavite or charoite have increased in pricing and availability. We make adjustments where we can, so you can keep collecting pretty rocks.

Many classes remain between $25-$30 a session and are still a great deal for your investment. Reiki class prices have not increased. There are many pricing options if you have a journey as a Practitioner. You will not find a more thorough Reiki class for our price points anywhere. Ours is better, just because it's Tyra's creation!! This is her heart & soul!

We have bundled packages, punch cards, loyalty point programs, online shopping (still tweaking), a lay-away option, small freebies at checkouts, free smiles, and caring conversations over a cup of our Houseblend tea if you need.
