Welcome to Reiki Essentials & Wellness

Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC. studio and Firefly Gift shop. I am always asked how I started my Reiki journey. After a lifetime of caring for small animals, then friends in distress, and then family members at the end of their life journey, Reiki was the next step in my journey. My Mother-in-Law was diagnosed with various cancers when she told me about a Reiki volunteer giving her a foot massage. I immediately wanted to be the one to be able to do that for her. Unable to do that for my beloved Mother-in-Law, I decided to volunteer for Hospice. I wanted to give back to the Hospice community as they had so generously given to my family with my Maternal Gramma, and again for my Mother-in-Law. Recently, I had a logo designed for the gift shop area in honor of my Momma. I named the gift shop area, Firefly Giftshop in her honor.

Now, about you. Your journey has brought you here for a reason! We are committed to empowering you on your journey. If you have questions about Reiki, Acupressure, the spiritual, the metaphysical, or Love Languages, we can help you. You may come to the Studio looking for answers. Quite often people say they found us "by accident." There are no accidents on your journey. You were brought to Reiki Essentials as an answer to your heart.

Maybe you need answers about your intuition. Maybe you are looking for ways to trust and empower your intuition. We can help you with that Chakra. If you are seeking ways to relax and de-stress, we can assist you with that as well. Stress is responsible for anxieties, obesity, sleepless nights, headaches, muscle tension, heart disease, and more!

If you are interested in an education as a Reiki Practitioner, you've also come to the right place. I have developed a thorough program for my students. If you wish to learn more about this great healing modality and healing system, Reiki Essentials & Wellness might be the place for you. As one of my students and Practitioners, you are nurtured, and encouraged on your journey. My classes are relaxed yet detailed. We take our time, over an entire month, to learn the history, the details and feel the energy. After your certification, your education with Reiki Essentials & Wellness continues through my Practitioner Nurturing program. You will continue to grow spiritually and mentally, having many questions as we continue our journey. We meet regularly with other Reiki Essentials & Wellness Practitioners to learn and encourage one another. No matter what your intentions are for your Reiki journey, you will be supported and nurtured on your journey. If you wish to continue your journey as a Reiki Master, we have a beautiful program for that as well!

75-90 Minute Reiki Treatment - $100 After discussing your specific concerns, your treatment may involve gentle touch on key energetic points, including the crown chakra (head), hand chakras, and foot chakras. We also offer a variety of additional options, such as Access Bars, acupressure, sound therapy, aromatherapy, crystal healing, Tarot readings, and intuitive messages. This holistic approach to energetic healing and relaxation, incorporating Reiki and other time-tested practices, offers you a comprehensive and rejuvenating experience.

Acupressure -  $100 for an hour; $55 for 30 minutes. You session can be full body (hour), facials, foot treatments, or a neck/shoulder release (30 minutes).

30 Minute Reiki Treatment - $65

Childrens' Reiki Treatment - Pricing varies according to age of child.
Children respond well to Reiki. 20 minute sessions available with parental supervision. Infants-2 yrs.; Children 3-11 yrs.; 12-17 yrs.

Small Animal Reiki - Free, plus $15 mileage
Our pets are precious to us as well. Animals love Reiki. We won't charge to treat your animal with Reiki, but mileage will be charged. Payment upon arrival to your location. The flat rate of $15 includes Waupun residents.

Large Animal Reiki - $15, plus $15 mileage
All animals love Reiki; owners MUST be present and in control of their animal at all times. Payment due upon arrival to your location.

ThetaHealing - $100
Let ThetaHealing clear out those negative thoughts you've been carrying around for such a long time. Clearing those negative thoughts and beliefs lead the way towards healing, abundance, and so much more!

Spirit Side Connections - $150
Let us guide you on your own journey to find past lives, connect with your Guide(s), Guardian Angels, Ancestors, or to access your Akashic Records. Find your answers as our team of three channels on your behalf. A Spirit Side Connection with our team is not a "reading", nor are we Mediums. We provide a well rounded journey by using our individual spiritual gifts from The Creator of All, God.

Mentoring Sessions - $15
Mentoring sessions with Tyra are a time of empowerment for you! Do you have questions about becoming a Practitioner, your spiritual journey, or about your technique? Sometimes we just need a good smudge and a moment to clear our thoughts. Schedule a 30 minute mentor session with Tyra to refresh and have a cuppa tea.

Meditation - $10
Join us Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30p.m., time for journaling and discussion follows. Tea, water, and coffee available. RSVP appreciated. Payment ($10) upon arrival. Check our Facebook page for dates or special meditation nights.

Sound Bath Meditations - $15
Join us as we relax in a sound bath meditation. These are special events and will be posted on our social media platforms.

Tarot Readings and classes 
ALWAYS discreet and confidential, Tyra shows true professionalism for all of her clients. She "pulls a good card!" We also have an Associate that does Tarot. She is fantastic! Either woman may do the reading for you or could be substituted last minute due to outside conflicts. Every attempt will be made for you to have Reader of your choice.

You may choose from either the Celtic Cross, 3-card Past Present, and Future, or general yes/no. Either choice takes approximately one hour (maybe less) and costs $40.00, prepayment required. A payment link will be provided.

If you would like to have your cards dealt, please contact us to schedule your Friday evening appointment. Online appointments may also be arranged for the same pricing.

Tarot classes - $10.

New Student Interviews - $50
When investing in your spiritual future, compatibility is something you should always keep in mind.

You may find that you have questions about the Usui lineage or you may come to me wanting to further your Reiki journey, but you come from a different lineage. We can discuss lineage and history at your New Student Interview - along with anything else you would like to talk about.

We will have a question and answer time and a Reiki Share between the two of us so that I may learn your energy and you may learn mine. I will ask you to share what you know. Please bring along any books and certificates that you have already been given.

During the New Student Interview, we go through the class program and all that I have to offer you as a Reiki Essentials & Wellness student and Practitioner. We can also talk about tuition and all that is included with your tuition. My Reiki 1&2 Journey program is detailed and includes more than just the Reiki you will need! My students are equipped with more than one healing modality and enough supplies to get you started immediately. The only thing not included in your tuition is a massage table!

I make it my mission to make sure that my students are comfortable in their own "Reiki Skin." I encourage, empower, and continue to support you on your personal journey. Your experiences at Reiki Essentials & Wellness should bring a sense of calm in the chaos of life. We are a sanctuary for your spirit. All that is said and done at the Studio is held in the utmost of confidence. No gossip or drama, you can trust in that. We want our students as physically healthy as they can be; along with as spiritually healthy as they can be.

The $50 fee is non-refundable, but can be applied to your tuition should you decide to choose Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC for your education needs.

Reiki 1&2 & Ancient Practices of Energetic Healing Program - $400
My program runs for a nice relaxing weekend and continues with the Practitioner Nurturing Program. Included in the program is history, clearings, ignitions, attunements, various other ancient practices of energetic healing, and Reiki Master preparation. For those that wish to continue their Reiki journey and seek their Master Certification, I have developed a follow-up program for you.

Also, included is my unique Practitioner Nurturing Program. For as long as you need Reiki Essentials & Wellness, LLC in your life, we will be there to nurture you on your journey. Maybe you will be able to nurture the Practitioners of Reiki Essentials & Wellness in your own way as well! We meet monthly on the second Sunday of the month from 12-2'ishp.m., for a time of sharing, caring, learning, and growth.

Reiki Master Training and Certification - $550
The Master Level - Continuing with your energetic healing journey to the Master level is a big step. The Master level changes one from deep within. The changes are on-going. Not to be taken lightly! The three day program can be an emotional journey of surrender and discovery.  Filled with meditations, journaling, and deep healing, the Master level is thorough. Blessed with healing from the Creator of all that is, the path of the healer is enhanced with our program.
